Back to the task of flawlessly executing the annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off.  Twelve of the state’s top chefs battled for the prestigious title of King/Queen of Louisiana Seafood.   Chef Amanda Cusey from Lake Charles was crowned the Queen and will represent Louisiana across the country to promote our domestic, fresh LA seafood.  It was a huge success!
