A great Louisiana chef knows how to take a lemon and make lemonade!!  Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the 13^th annual LA Seafood Cook-Off could not be held in person, so we brought the competition to everyone around the state.  Broadcast on Facebook, we called it the LASCO@HOME edition!!  From the comfort of their own homes, viewers received “tips from the pros”, cheered on their favorite chef and the LA Seafood Board was still able to crown a King of Louisiana seafood – Robert Vasquez from Covington, LA.  ESNO staff got technical and showed that flexibility in planning events is key!!!
